MONDAY - THURSDAY: 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM
TUESDAY/THURSDAY: 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM

One of our missions is to champion the next generation of student-athletes both on and off the platform. We believe the learning environment should be both FUN and CHALLENGING for our youth.

They will learn about the importance of proper sustainable nutrition, correct movement and technical skills needed to become a better, faster, stronger athlete.

The skills and attributes they will develop in this sport and in the gym will build GRIT, RESILIENCE, STRENGTH and CHARACTER.
